Buyers Responsibilities:
The Breeder will stand behind this breeding to the extent stated
below. However, the Buyer accepts full responsibility for the proper
care once the pup leaves the Breeder, as the Breeder cannot by held
responsible for the death, injury, deformity or temperament of the
pup due to illness or deviation from adequate care and socialization
required for a small breed (Yorkshire Terrier).
The dog is guaranteed to be in good health at time of delivery.
Puppies need to see your Vet for a wellness checkup within 48 hours
from the date of pickup from Breeder. (Business Days) E-mail or call
Breeder with results to start your 1-year congenital defect
guarantee. We will provide a new puppy if yours is found to have a
congenital defect within the first year. We do not give cash
refunds.
Buyer agrees to arrange for adequate veterinary care, including
DH-Parvo, monthly heartworm preventative treatment and rabies
inoculations. Annual heartworm examinations are strongly
recommended. Feeding a high protein, high fat food and/or unbalanced
vitamin/mineral supplements and/or poor quality food is detrimental
to the health of the Yorkshire Terrier, and nullifies the health
guarantee for said dog.
We do not guarantee against Low Blood Sugar, Ear Mites, Worms,
Fleas or Ticks. All these issues are treated by the breeder while
the puppy is here. Any Vet bills incurred by the buyer, once the
puppy leaves here, is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Puppies are exchanged in the first 48 hours if all of the
following conditions are met:
- The puppy is said to be unacceptable by a Veterinarian
within 48 hours of pickup.
- There must be a written statement by the Veterinarian
explaining the problem.
- The puppy must be returned alive within the 48 hour period.
- Out of state puppy buyers will have to pay shipping costs to
replace puppy.
Breeding/Show Quality Puppies Breeder's Guarantee:
Breeder guarantees that this pup is in good health and will
replace any pup that dies or becomes seriously ill within (7) seven
days of leaving Breeder, provided there is no negligence on the part
of the Buyer, and buyers responsibilities have been followed.
This guarantee in no way stipulates or implies show/working
success for a sound animal, since many factors other that physical
soundness determine show/working success.
By taking owner ship of this puppy, I agree to abide by this
